Responsibilities
- Assist guests with a seamless check-in and check-out process, ensuring accuracy and speed.
- Handle incoming calls and manage correspondence for the hotel lobby efficiently.
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with patience, empathy, and professional conflict resolution skills.
- Monitor the security of the property, including key management and access control.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn hotel management software quickly.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
- Customer-focused mindset with a professional appearance.
