Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a positive first and last impression.
- Front Desk Operations: Check guests in and out efficiently using our property management software (training provided).
- Communication: Answer incoming phone calls, respond to emails, and manage the switchboard with professionalism.
- Information Desk: Assist guests with local recommendations, restaurant reservations, and transportation options.
- Administrative Tasks: Process payments, handle cash and credit transactions accurately, and maintain the lobby area.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest requests promptly.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- No Experience Necessary: Previous hotel or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Attitude: A positive attitude, professional demeanor, and a genuine desire to help others.
- Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly.
