Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Check guests in and out efficiently using our property management system.
- Answer phone calls and emails promptly, addressing inquiries regarding bookings and local amenities.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash transactions.
- Assist with luggage handling and provide directions or recommendations for local dining and entertainment.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Respond to guest requests, including room service orders and maintenance issues, in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- No prior hotel or customer service experience is necessary; we value attitude over experience.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
