Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently while maintaining brand standards
- Manage reservations and room assignments via OPERA system
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service concerns promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Monitor security protocols and emergency procedures
- Upsell hotel amenities and special packages
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (OPERA preferred)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math and cash handling aptitude
- Valid Georgia driver's license (if airport shuttle required)
