Responsibilities
- Handle guest check-ins/checkouts efficiently using hotel management systems
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with exceptional service
- Process payments and manage cash/credit transactions accurately
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments
- Upsell hotel amenities and packages to enhance guest experience
- Maintain detailed reservation records and room status reports
- Uphold brand standards for cleanliness and safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years hospitality/customer service experience
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera a plus)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Basic math and cash handling accuracy
- Ohio hospitality license (or willingness to obtain)
- Fluent in English; bilingual candidates preferred
