Responsibilities
- Process guest check-ins/checkouts with efficiency and warmth
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries
- Handle guest complaints with solution-oriented approach
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Operate hotel management software (Opera/PMS)
- Process payments and maintain accurate cash drawer
- Uphold brand standards for luxury hospitality
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with hotel management systems
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Valid Minnesota Food Handler's preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math and cash handling accuracy
