Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently using PMS systems while maintaining accuracy
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism
- Process payments, manage reservations, and balance daily cash reports
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and valet services
- Upsell hotel amenities, packages, and local attractions
- Maintain security protocols and guest confidentiality
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months customer service or hospitality experience
- Proficiency with Opera, Cloudbeds, or similar PMS software
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends/holidays
- Basic math and cash handling accuracy
- Valid CA driver's license (for valet rotation)
