Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/check-out processes with efficiency and professionalism
- Handle reservations, billing inquiries, and payment processing
- Resolve guest complaints with exceptional service standards
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams
- Utilize hotel management software (Opera/PMS) effectively
- Execute upselling strategies for room upgrades and amenities
- Maintain accurate guest records and confidential information
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in PMS systems (Opera, Fidelio)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic knowledge of Philadelphia attractions and transportation
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
