Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring accurate registration and payment processing.
- Manage reservations and answer incoming calls with a friendly, professional tone.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area at all times.
- Assist guests with local directions, recommendations, and concierge services.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Process wake-up calls, mail, and room service orders accurately.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a hotel, resort, or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with property management systems (PMS).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be friendly, energetic, and detail-oriented.
