Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across all hotel departments including front desk, housekeeping, and concierge
- Maintain pristine guest rooms and public areas exceeding industry standards
- Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and check-in/check-out processes efficiently
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Uphold brand standards while implementing personalized guest experiences
- Address guest concerns promptly with solutions-oriented approach
- Participate in daily briefings and maintain accurate documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or high-end hospitality experience required
- Valid Georgia driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic computer proficiency with reservation systems
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs
- Knowledge of Atlanta tourism attractions preferred
