Responsibilities
- Manage seamless guest check-in/check-out processes using PMS systems
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism
- Process payments, manage cash drawers, and balance daily transactions
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest needs
- Execute room assignments and optimize occupancy rates
- Assist with event coordination and VIP guest preparations
- Maintain accurate reservation records and room status updates
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, Cloudbeds)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends/holidays
- Basic mathematical aptitude for financial transactions
- Valid Kansas driver's license (if required for property errands)
