Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations during shift to ensure high standards of guest service and facility cleanliness.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservation management.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, security, and health regulations.
- Handle guest complaints and escalations professionally to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Train, mentor, and schedule front-line staff to maximize team performance.
- Perform night audit duties accurately, including financial reconciliation and reporting.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in hotel operations, hospitality management, or a related field.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, StayNTouch) is a plus.
- Ability to stand and move around the property for extended periods.
