Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and pristine condition of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to the highest industry standards.
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, providing a welcoming and memorable experience.
- Assist with check-in and check-out processes, managing reservations and answering inquiries efficiently.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and complaints, escalating complex issues to management immediately.
- Ensure all hotel policies and safety procedures are strictly followed at all times.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain the security of hotel assets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, or customer service role is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and POS systems is an advantage.
- A valid driver's license is recommended.
