Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Manage room assignments, reservations, and phone inquiries with professionalism.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues immediately to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Monitor hotel common areas to maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
- Process payments and handle cash handling with accuracy.
- Stay updated on local attractions and events to provide excellent recommendations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hotel, hospitality, or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
- Fluency in English (bilingual candidates encouraged).
