Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently while maintaining accurate reservation records
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and resolve service concerns with professionalism
- Process payments and manage cash/credit transactions using hotel systems
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams
- Uphold brand standards for cleanliness and safety protocols
- Assist with special events and VIP guest arrangements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- 1+ years hotel/front desk or customer service experience
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera/Micros)
- Ability to work flexible shifts (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Valid Virginia driver's license (if required for errands)
