Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Check guests in and out efficiently using hotel property management systems, handling payments and processing folios accurately.
- Manage incoming phone calls and emails, answering inquiries about hotel amenities, local attractions, and reservations.
- Handle guest complaints or special requests promptly and professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Assist in the lobby area, ensuring the environment is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms and public spaces meet our high standards.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; prior experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or in a customer service role is highly desirable.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency with property management systems (PMS).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- A valid driver's license is a plus.
