Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor upon arrival.
- Check guests in and out efficiently using the hotel property management system.
- Process payments and handle inquiries regarding hotel services, local attractions, and dining options.
- Maintain the cleanliness and order of the reception area and lobby spaces.
- Assist with concierge requests, including restaurant reservations and transportation arrangements.
- Address guest complaints and concerns promptly and professionally to ensure high satisfaction.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready for arrival.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or customer service experience is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Professional appearance and grooming standards are mandatory.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and credit transactions.
