Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm and professional greeting to all guests upon arrival and departure, setting the tone for a memorable stay.
- Guest Registration: Efficiently process check-ins and check-outs using our property management system, verifying identification and collecting payments accurately.
- Communication Hub: Act as the primary point of contact for guests, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing in-person inquiries regarding services and amenities.
- Concierge Services: Provide detailed information about local attractions, dining options, and transportation to ensure guests have a fantastic experience in Orlando.
- Issue Resolution: Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, escalating complex issues to management when necessary to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Administrative Support: Maintain the front desk area, manage the night audit process, and organize lobby furniture to ensure a welcoming environment.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We are looking for attitude and eagerness to learn. We provide full on-the-job training.
- High School Diploma: High school diploma or GED is preferred; equivalent work experience is considered.
- Customer Service Skills: A friendly, outgoing, and patient personality with a strong desire to help others.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings to meet guest needs.
- Computer Literacy: Basic proficiency with computers and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Professional Appearance: Must maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance at all times.
