Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional welcome to all guests upon arrival and departure.
- Guest Services: Assist guests with check-in, check-out, and concierge requests with a smile.
- Information Desk: Provide accurate information about local New Orleans attractions, dining, and events to enhance the guest experience.
- Problem Resolution: Handle guest inquiries and minor issues efficiently to ensure a seamless stay.
- Property Maintenance: Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and professional appearance of the lobby and public areas.
- Administrative Support: Process folios, answer phones, and manage correspondence in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Attitude: A friendly, outgoing, and positive demeanor with a strong focus on customer service.
- Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Technology: Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn hotel property management systems quickly.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and move around the lobby area for extended periods.
