Responsibilities
- Check-in/check-out guests with efficiency and professionalism
- Manage reservations and room assignments
- Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Operate hotel management systems (training provided)
- Uphold brand standards and safety protocols
Qualifications
- No hospitality experience required - we train from scratch!
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
