Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, checking them in efficiently using our property management system.
- Manage guest check-outs, processing payments, and issuing invoices accurately.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly, addressing inquiries or resolving issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Assist guests with local recommendations, directions, and transportation arrangements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area and lobby.
- Handle cash, credit, and check transactions with strict adherence to company policies.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms and common areas are in pristine condition.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required; we value attitude and aptitude over experience.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
