Responsibilities
- Guest Greeting: Provide a professional and warm welcome to all guests, setting the tone for a positive stay.
- Check-In/Out: Efficiently manage the check-in and check-out process, verifying information and processing payments accurately.
- Communication: Answer incoming calls, manage the front desk phone system, and respond to guest inquiries via email or chat.
- Concierge Services: Assist guests with local recommendations, restaurant reservations, and transportation needs.
- Room Preparation: Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready according to brand standards and address any maintenance issues promptly.
- Problem Solving: Handle guest complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism to ensure guest satisfaction.
- General Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby and front desk area.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We are looking for the right attitude and willingness to learn; prior hospitality experience is not mandatory.
- Professionalism: A neat, professional appearance and a courteous demeanor at all times.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, approachable tone.
- Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new property management software (training provided).
- Flexibility: Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
