As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will ensure every guest feels valued, comfortable, and attended to with the utmost care.
Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests with a warm, professional demeanor and efficient check-in/check-out procedures.
- Managing incoming calls and correspondence with courtesy and accuracy.
- Providing information about local attractions, dining, and hotel amenities to enhance the guest experience.
- Addressing and resolving guest inquiries, complaints, or requests in a timely and effective manner.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Collaborating with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred but not strictly required for entry-level candidates).
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
