Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Check guests in and out efficiently, verifying all necessary information and collecting payments accurately.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby at all times.
- Assist with baggage handling, concierge services, and general hotel operations as needed.
- Process reservations and update guest profiles in the property management system.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Basic computer proficiency and attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
