Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Assist with check-in and check-out processes efficiently using our Property Management System.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails promptly to address guest inquiries.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Handle cash transactions and balance daily reports accurately.
- Upsell hotel amenities and services to enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; we provide on-the-job training.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a polite, professional demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light objects.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
