Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests warmly upon arrival and assisting with check-in and check-out processes.
- Answering phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area.
- Assisting guests with local recommendations, directions, and concierge services.
- Processing payments accurately using our state-of-the-art property management system.
- Collaborating with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A friendly, approachable, and customer-service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
