Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Check guests in and out efficiently using our property management system.
- Answer incoming calls and emails promptly to assist with inquiries and reservations.
- Assist with room assignments and ensure check-in processes are seamless.
- Perform light housekeeping duties and maintain the lobby area to a high standard.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately.
- Resolve minor guest concerns with patience and a solutions-oriented mindset.
Qualifications
- No previous hotel or hospitality experience required; on-the-job training provided.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy is a plus but not required.
