Responsibilities
- Register and check-in guests accurately using the property management system (PMS).
- Handle guest check-outs efficiently and process payments accurately.
- Answer incoming calls and emails promptly, directing inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Maintain a tidy and professional front desk area at all times.
- Assist guests with local recommendations, directions, and concierge services.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues with patience and a focus on guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- No prior hotel experience is necessary; we value attitude over experience.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and grooming standards.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
