Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, managing check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
- Communication: Handle incoming calls, emails, and guest inquiries with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Problem Resolution: Address guest complaints and special requests promptly to ensure a memorable and comfortable stay.
- Operations Support: Assist with room assignments, key card management, and lobby maintenance to uphold high standards of hospitality.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure the property is clean, safe, and fully operational.
Qualifications
- Experience: No prior experience required; full training will be provided to all successful candidates.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Availability: Must be flexible to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new POS systems (training provided).
