Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet guests warmly and assist with check-ins and check-outs with a smile.
- Operations: Answer incoming calls, manage reservations, and handle guest inquiries efficiently.
- Administrative: Process payments accurately and maintain accurate daily logs.
- General Support: Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and front desk areas.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and management to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Experience: No prior experience required. We train the right candidates!
