Responsibilities
- Perform thorough and meticulous cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms.
- Restock guest amenities and ensure rooms are stocked with fresh linens and toiletries.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the Housekeeping Manager immediately.
- Adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations and sanitation standards.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism when entering guest rooms.
- Collaborate with the front desk team to ensure a seamless check-in experience for our guests.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or cleaning is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness standards.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and push heavy carts.
