- Communication: Handle incoming calls and emails professionally, taking accurate messages and resolving inquiries promptly.
- Operations: Assist with light housekeeping duties to maintain a pristine lobby and common areas.
- Service: Provide recommendations for dining and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
- Shift Management: Adhere to the established shift schedule, including weekends and holidays, ensuring 24/7 coverage.
- Admin Support: Process payments, manage the cash drawer, and handle check-out procedures accurately.
Qualifications
