- Check in/out guests efficiently while maintaining accurate reservation records
- Handle guest inquiries with prompt, personalized solutions
- Process payments and manage billing discrepancies
- Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance requests
- Upsell hotel amenities and local attractions
- Maintain security protocols and key control systems
- Collaborate with concierge and valet teams
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk experience
- Proficiency in Opera/PMS systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Valid Louisiana hospitality certification preferred
- Basic knowledge of New Orleans attractions and transportation
- Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking ability
