Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a positive first impression and check-in process.
- Manage front desk operations, including answering phones, handling inquiries, and processing payments efficiently.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and common areas to uphold our premium standards.
- Assist in housekeeping duties or coordinate with housekeeping teams to ensure rooms meet our high standards.
- Handle guest complaints or requests professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Support special events and banquets as needed to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred; a passion for hospitality is a must.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-service oriented attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs) when assisting with amenities.
- Reliable transportation is required for shift flexibility.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
