Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily hotel operations and ensure seamless guest experiences from arrival to departure.
- Manage financial performance, including P&L analysis, budgeting, and cost control measures to maximize profitability.
- Lead, train, and mentor a diverse team of department heads and staff to foster a culture of excellence.
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans and revenue management strategies to increase occupancy.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and local regulatory standards at all times.
- Act as the primary liaison for corporate management and resolve complex guest complaints with a focus on retention.
- Cultivate relationships with local business leaders and community stakeholders to drive group business.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in hotel management, with at least 2 years in a General Manager or Assistant General Manager role.
- Proven track record of managing P&L, controlling expenses, and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to motivate teams.
- Proficiency in property management systems (e.g., Opera, Micros) and MS Office Suite.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is highly preferred.
