As the General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall profitability, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence of the property. If you are a strategic leader with a passion for hospitality and a deep understanding of the San Antonio market, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front-of-house, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth and maximize profitability.
- Ensure the highest standards of guest satisfaction through personalized service and attention to detail.
- Manage the P&L, budgeting, and forecasting processes effectively.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a diverse staff to foster a positive work environment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local community leaders and corporate partners.
- Enforce all health, safety, and security protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and employees.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive leadership experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven track record of successfully managing budgets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Proficiency with hotel management software (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Deep knowledge of the San Antonio, TX market is highly desirable.
