Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily hotel operations, including front-of-house, housekeeping, and maintenance.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize revenue, occupancy rates, and profitability.
- Ensure 5-star guest satisfaction through personalized service and effective conflict resolution.
- Manage P&L, annual budgets, and financial forecasting with precision.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a diverse staff of hospitality professionals to ensure high retention.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and security throughout the property.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years in hotel management, preferably in a luxury or upscale setting.
- Strong knowledge of hotel PMS (Property Management Systems) and POS systems.
- Valid Chalet (CHA) certification or equivalent hospitality management degree is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on leadership.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
