Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations of the hotel, including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth, increase occupancy rates, and maximize profitability (P&L management).
- Ensure the highest standards of guest satisfaction and service quality are met at all times.
- Recruit, train, schedule, and mentor a diverse team of hospitality professionals.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and budgets effectively.
- Handle high-level guest complaints and ensure swift, effective resolutions.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and company policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in hotel management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Demonstrated experience managing P&L, budgets, and forecasting.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office Suite.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
