  • Manage the P&L (Profit and Loss) statement, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in hotel management, preferably within a luxury resort or large-scale property.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing P&L and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and motivate a large workforce.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
