Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Lead, train, and mentor a diverse team of hospitality professionals.
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction scores through proactive service recovery.
- Manage the hotel budget, including P&L analysis and cost control measures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and local vendors.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management, preferably in luxury hotels.
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and operational KPIs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Valid NY State Hotel and Restaurant License.
- Proficiency in property management systems (e.g., Opera, Micros).
