Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across all departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to maximize revenue and occupancy rates.
- Manage the hotel’s P&L, ensuring budgets are met while controlling operating costs.
- Foster a positive, high-performance culture through effective mentorship and staff development.
- Ensure strict adherence to brand standards, health, safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local community leaders and corporate partners.
- Respond to guest feedback and complaints with urgency and professionalism to ensure high satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in hotel management, preferably in a luxury or upscale environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of team building and conflict resolution.
- Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Opera, Micros, or similar.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
