Responsibilities

  • Operational Leadership: Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front-of-house, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Financial Management: Monitor daily P&L statements, manage budgets, control labor costs, and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Guest Experience: Proactively address guest inquiries and complaints, ensuring 100% guest satisfaction and maintaining the hotel's reputation for excellence.
  • Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor staff members, fostering a positive work environment that encourages professional growth and teamwork.

Qualifications
