Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Direct and manage all daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance, ensuring high standards of service.
- Guest Relations: Personally engage with VIP guests and handle high-level complaints to ensure 5-star experiences and foster loyalty.
- Financial Management: Monitor and analyze financial reports, P&L statements, and budgets to drive profitability and cost control initiatives.
- Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages professional growth and teamwork.
- Marketing & Sales: Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to maximize occupancy rates and drive direct bookings.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure the hotel complies with all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as health and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in hotel management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leading diverse teams and driving performance.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with guests and staff.
- Problem Solving: Strong ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently under pressure.
- Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
