- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.

- Handle cash handling and credit card transactions accurately.
- Resolve guest complaints and concerns with patience and professionalism.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the front desk and lobby areas.
- Process payments and issue key cards or room assignments.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a hotel front desk or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel PMS software is a plus.
