Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of guest rooms and common areas including dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing surfaces, and restocking amenities
- Operate commercial cleaning equipment (floor buffers, extractors) safely and efficiently
- Adhere to strict hygiene protocols and brand standards for all cleaning procedures
- Manage linen inventory and report maintenance issues promptly
- Coordinate with front desk and housekeeping team for room readiness
- Maintain organized cleaning supply carts and restock inventory
Qualifications
- 1+ years professional housekeeping experience in hospitality or luxury environment
- Valid work authorization and ability to pass background check
- Physical stamina to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment safety
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday) and flexibility for occasional holidays
