Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front-of-house, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to maximize revenue and profitability while controlling costs.
- Lead, mentor, and train a diverse staff to ensure high standards of service and operational excellence.
- Build strong relationships with local businesses and community stakeholders to drive group bookings.
- Manage the hotel's budget, P&L, and financial reporting on a monthly basis.
- Ensure full compliance with all local, state, and federal laws, including health and safety regulations.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complex issues to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in hotel management, preferably in a comparable property.
- Proven track record of successfully managing P&L and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Familiarity with hotel property management systems (PMS) such as Oracle Opera or Micros.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Associate degree or higher in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Valid Texas Driver's License and clean driving record.
