Responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Manage P&L, budgets, and financial forecasting to maximize profitability and control costs.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of hospitality professionals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, local partners, and the community.
- Ensure strict adherence to brand standards, health and safety regulations, and quality control measures.
- Handle high-level guest complaints and special requests with grace and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in hotel management, preferably in a luxury or upscale environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of motivating teams and driving performance.
- Excellent financial acumen and experience with property management systems (PMS).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the industry.
