- Greet and Welcome: Welcome guests upon arrival with a warm smile and assist with check-in and check-out processes.
- Guest Assistance: Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries regarding services, amenities, and local recommendations.
- Housekeeping Support: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of public areas and guest rooms to the highest standards.
- Issue Resolution: Address guest complaints or requests promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other staff members to ensure smooth hotel operations.
- Security & Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and security procedures.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not required for this entry-level position.
- Experience: No prior experience necessary. We train all new hires.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
- Attitude: A positive, energetic, and customer-focused attitude.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 20 lbs).
