Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations of the hotel, ensuring a seamless guest experience from check-in to check-out.
- Manage the P&L (Profit and Loss), budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning.
- Recruit, train, motivate, and lead a diverse team of hotel staff to ensure high performance and retention.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, vendors, and community partners.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and local regulations.
- Develop and execute marketing initiatives to drive occupancy and revenue.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in hotel management, preferably in luxury accommodations.
- Proven track record of managing P&L and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop staff.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Relevant hospitality degree or certification is highly preferred.
