Responsibilities
- Oversee all front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring seamless daily functioning.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, employee development, and retention.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and company policies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with guests to ensure 100% satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage the hotel budget, including forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting.
- Lead recruitment, training, and performance management for the management team.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in hotel management, preferably in a luxury setting.
- Proven track record of leading diverse teams and managing P&L responsibility.
- Strong knowledge of hospitality software (Opera, Micros, etc.) and property management systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Relevant degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent professional experience.
- Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) or equivalent certification is a plus.
